Wonderful brand new hotel with very friendly and helpful staff. liked the cleanliness and the comfortable, spacious room with its beautiful view over the gulf sea and the palm island. Excellent room amenities. the bed was very comfy that you don't want to wake up, and i even got up late that day. A very positive thing that the room TV is smart, so you can play Youtube or Netflix. Excellent room service, taking care of every detail.

The hotel was very clean and beautifully designed, and it has several great features. It is connected to a shopping mall, which is very convenient for dining and shopping. The hotel also provides free transfers and complimentary access to the Kyma Beach Club, which we absolutely loved, as well as a discount for the rooftop pool. Another big plus was the butler service, which allowed us to handle any questions or requests through messages, making our stay much more comfortable.
