From start to finish, this was by far the best stay I’ve ever had. Everything exceeded my expectations, but the breakfast truly stood out—it was absolutely exceptional, one of the best I’ve ever experienced anywhere in the world. I can’t recommend the almond croissants enough—they are simply to die for! The service was outstanding throughout my stay, especially at the breakfast restaurant. The staff were incredibly attentive, friendly, and made me feel genuinely welcome every single morning. My partner and I absolutely loved our stay here. Our room was very spacious, clean & comfortable. We appreciated the attention to all the little details, such as the lovely toiletries, turn-down service, daily cleaning & replenishing water & towels etc. The gym was phenomenal - it was stocked with diverse and modern equipment and a great view. The breakfast buffet selection was huge and everything was absolutely delicious - honestly one of the best breakfast buffets we've ever seen. Room service was also excellent. We cannot rave enough about every staff member we encountered - not only were they attentive and exceptionally good at their respective jobs, but they were also genuinely friendly and made us feel at home. Also we loved the location in Palm Jumeriah. We highly recommend this beautiful hotel and would not hesitate to stay here again- it actually lives up to its 5-star status!

The hotel also provides free transfers and complimentary access to the Kyma Beach Club, which we absolutely loved, as well as a discount for the rooftop pool. Another big plus was the butler service, which allowed us to handle any questions or requests through messages, making our stay much more comfortable.

Wonderful brand new hotel with very friendly and helpful staff. liked the cleanliness and the comfortable, spacious room with its beautiful view over the gulf sea and the palm island. Excellent room amenities. the bed was very comfy that you don't want to wake up, and i even got up late that day. A very positive thing that the room TV is smart, so you can play Youtube or Netflix. Excellent room service, taking care of every detail.
