My partner and I absolutely loved our stay here. Our room was very spacious, clean & comfortable. We appreciated the attention to all the little details, such as the lovely toiletries, turn-down service, daily cleaning & replenishing water & towels etc. The gym was phenomenal - it was stocked with diverse and modern equipment and a great view. The breakfast buffet selection was huge and everything was absolutely delicious - honestly one of the best breakfast buffets we've ever seen. Room service was also excellent. We cannot rave enough about every staff member we encountered - not only were they attentive and exceptionally good at their respective jobs, but they were also genuinely friendly and made us feel at home. Also we loved the location in Palm Jumeriah. We highly recommend this beautiful hotel and would not hesitate to stay here again- it actually lives up to its 5-star status!

Staff were professional and tentative. The location is perfect as it is attached to AlNakheel mall with so many restaurants & and cafes. Breakfast is amazing. Small, note that the pancakes get dry so quickly as they are left uncovered. The room is spacious with beautiful and elegant decoration. Having a dressing area for us ladies other than the bathroom mirror with good light and a chair is crucial. The bathroom is huge, with a soaking tub. I left a message that I am celebrating my birthday during my stay, and they decorated the rooms with balloons, happy birthday card wishes, and special sweets. Their toiletries are really nice. I love the special service St.Regis chain do for guests, where they provide free ironing for 2 items daily.

Hotel is new, and all rooms look modern and luxury orientated. Beautiful view from the breakfast restaurant. Friendly staff. Free valet parking. Best part of this hotel building is the roof top AURA infiniti pool. Looks unbelievable gorgeous, and will sure give you a jaw-dropping experience. Too bad is not part of the actual St Regis hotel.
